On Thursday, November 14, Professors Carrie Peffley (Philosophy Dept.) and Mark Bruce (English Dept.) share how Protestant evangelicals can appreciate characteristics of medieval Christianity. They also clarify the difference between pre-Reformation Christianity with its many forms and Roman Catholicism that took shape after the 16th century.
Chris Armstrong, Professor of Church History, was unable to present but was mentioned as a resource to explore more on this topic.
- Mark Bruce’s portion about a literary example of the concept of incarnation.
- Chris Armstrong’s blog, Grateful to the Dead on the topic of incarnation.
