Primetime | Why Would a Protestant Evangelical Care about Medieval Christianity?

Peffley-Bruce Medieval and Protestant Christianity

On Thursday, November 14, Professors Carrie Peffley (Philosophy Dept.) and Mark Bruce (English Dept.) share how Protestant evangelicals can appreciate characteristics of medieval Christianity. They also clarify the difference between pre-Reformation Christianity with its many forms and Roman Catholicism that took shape after the 16th century.

Chris Armstrong, Professor of Church History, was unable to present but was mentioned as a resource to explore more on this topic.
