Interested in the convergence of social media, church, and Christian community? The Table Project is an organization that provides a specialized social media platform for churches looking to build virtual connections among their members. They are looking for someone with a strong written and verbal communication skill set to take over daily communications with customers and partners who are using their software. The intern will also be helping them redesign and implement a new customer care system and method.

Applicants should be familiar with social media and smart phone technology. You don’t need to know how it works but rather why it works. You don’t need to know how the web works but you do need to be able to think critically about what impact social media and the internet at large has on our faith communities.

Applicants should also have a passion for making the church a more personal and connected place. If the idea of totally innovating the way the Church uses technology excites you, this will be a great fit.

There is a good chance this internship could turn into a full-time opportunity in the near future. Plus, it’s paid! So send those resumes and writing samples our way.

Feel free to ask any questions before you apply!
